How to process dried squid:
+ Grill with alcohol, use directly with soy sauce, salt, pepper and lemon. Or process fried, stir-fried, braised…
+ After grilling, put the squid in a piece of newspaper, then use a pestle to pound the squid to soften it and make it easy to tear apart.

How to preserve dried squid:
+ Use newspaper to wrap the dried squid tightly, put it in a sealed plastic bag and put it in the freezer or refrigerator. The best condition is -10 degrees. Newspaper and plastic bags will help the squid not dry out and not stink up the refrigerator.
+ Do not store with other fresh products.
+ Should be used within 4 months of purchase.
+ About 3 or 4 weeks, you should take them out to dry in the sun for 10-15 minutes.
